Creating a Budget
 
In reality most vendors charge can range in price widely. Kelis Monae Events helps the client decide where to assign parts of your budget based on average costs and preference of services.
 • Meeting with client discussing preference of quality and budget.
 • List of discussed budget plan after the conclusion of the meeting.
 
Event Location and Selection Assistance
 • List of costs, accommodations and availability from list of client’s favorite venues.
 • Assistance in booking and negotiation of selected venue.
 
Vendor Selection Service
 • List of Kelis Monae Events preferred vendors
 • Assistance in booking and negotiation of selected vendors.
 • Confirmation of vendors 1 week prior to event.
 
Save the Date Design and Assembly

Invitation Design and Assembly

Ceremony/Reception Design and Set-Up
 • Designing of the overall appearance of the ceremony/reception
 • Ceremony: Aisle décor, alter décor, chair décor, guest sign in, floral arrangements,
 religious or ceremony tradition materials. (Excludes bridal party bouquet and flowers)
 • Reception: Table décor, napkins, plates, centerpieces, floral arrangements, wall décor,
 ceiling décor.
 • Set-up and implementation of décor prior to the event start time.
 
Full Service Party Planning
 • Venue selection assistance
 • Invitation and Décor Design
 • Food: Only pre-made foods/beverages (Cookies, Cup Cakes, Candy, etc.) Any meal or
 food requiring preparation will need to be outsourced to a caterer at client’s expense.
 • Set-up and Implementation of décor and creative display of food
• Games
 (Staff member will not be on hand during the actual shower unless requested by client and added fee)
 
Organization of Out of Town Guests
 • Assist in selection and booking of accommodations
 • Welcome bag supplied with small goodies and maps of local attractions and event venue
 
Ceremony/Reception Clean-Up
 • Pack-up and clean-up of events
 • Either pack all items in to preferred family/friends vehicle or deliver to preferred local location.
 
Returning of Rentals
 • Returning of any rented materials the day after event (décor, tuxedoes, tables, etc.)
 
 Day of Event Coordination
 • 1 hour consultation outlining preferences and agenda for event day
 • 1 hour rehearsal coordination
• 6 hour event coordination
 • Assist bride and groom with needs (pinning of flowers, lining up of bridal party, queue
 music, brides bustle, etc.)
 • Assist in cutting and distributing cake (if caterer not on hand).
